Good diets for making muscle as a teenager?

I am still in my teens and I am interested in making some muscle. What is a good diet/ good foods for this? My diet is not very good atm but I am not fat since I have a great metabolism. Thank you in advance!

The best way to build muscles is to use them by doing regular hard physical work. At the same time  eat an adequate diet to sustain the effort.
