…It's not wise to get fat for the end times because that makes you a far less capable fighting speciman as you are immobile and more inury-prone, a bigger target and more probable to onset of disease.
 
While having an "overweight" BMI makes one a less enduring fighter, an "overweight" BMI offers better longevity than either "normal" or "obese" BMI during times of food deprivation.

That said, a "normal" or "fit" BMI may advantage you in looting from the "overweight" before starvation sets in. :laugh1:
