Besides, we're closing in on the End Times, so what better prep can you do other than putting on an extra 200 pounds. At about 3500 per pound of body fat equivalent, you could survive without food for a year. It's the perfect prepping and the only one the government can't take away from you or won't even think to do so.

Correct Lad, our brain is made up of protein & fat, primarily healthy fat, and if you don’t enough of it then your brain doesn’t perform as well.

Watch the video, ding dong. Your brain doesn't need a lot of healthy fats to function. It certainly needs a lot of glucose.
It's not wise to get fat for the end times because that makes you a far less capable fighting speciman as you are immobile and more inury-prone, a bigger target and more probable to onset of disease.

While having an "overweight" BMI makes one a less enduring fighter, an "overweight" BMI offers better longevity than either "normal" or "obese" BMI during times of food deprivation.
That said, a "normal" or "fit" BMI may advantage you in looting from the "overweight" before starvation sets in. :laugh1:

Isn't it unhealthy for it to go so low? I remember once mine was around 7%. Years ago. I still have no fat nor muscles. At least I have something similar to the holy Cure D'Ars, even if not the virtues.

Not as long as your blood is healthy. Fitness and blood oxygen-supporting nutrition helps maintain healthy blood. If you get dangerously low, simply eat more healthy fats to get you out of that danger zone.
Btw, 7% isn't too low.
Men should not be above 10%, and women should not be above 15%. If they are, they're eating too much dietary fat - even if it's healthy fats. Women should have higher body fat % as it's for child-bearing and it's their natural composition due to their hormones levels being different then men's levels.

What we usually hear about anything is error or a lie.
Sugar is the most efficient fuel for energy. Go to a hospital and observe all of the IV bags hooked up to patients to keep their energy and immune system going. What's in it? Electrolytes and GLUCOSE (sugar). There ain't no fats in it.
