Today for dinner I had brown rice with mixed vegetables all infused with tomato sauce and flavored with a healthy dose of cayenne.

I recently learned that, in some cultures alien to the one in which I was raised, people do their seasoning, "all infusing," and "healthy dosing" of spices to their meat, not in a bowl, but right in the sink itself.

Personally, even the thought of this method strikes me as revolting, but, I'm curious, Poche, if you are familiar with this culinary practice, as demonstrated by this lovely and erudite lady:

Nasty!  She didn’t even cover the drain—just kept pulling chicken out of it.  I’ve never cared for potlucks and may never eat at one again after seeing that.

Yeh! But there's no washing up.
