Frankly, that doesn’t sound very appetizing. 🤢 It sounds even worse than your regular fare. 😀

  • Poche, I was thinking, maybe that’s your problem. Maybe that’s why you don’t see the serous nature of the crisis in the Church today, you’re not eating right.  :laugh1:

I believe that one is a modified version of the other.

For dinner, a first course of cheese curds in beer batter along with Buffalo'd Brussels sprouts in ginger-garlic butter and ranch dressing paired with an Old Fashioned...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Second course of supperclub wedge salad, blue cheese, bacon, confit cherry tomatoes and garlic crouton crumbs, paired with a Hemingway.... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Third course of smoked carrot 'dog', griddled Coney bun, dill havarti, Giardiniera pickles and spicy mustard, with a side of shoestring potatoes, all paired with a Margarita....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Fourth course included a hot pastrami sandwich consisting of smoked pastrami, habanero jack cheese, mustard and pickles on caraway rye bread, with a side of fries, paired with a Martini.....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

That's great advice! You're the BEST!

poche, that sounds so, so, so, so good!  You always surprise me with the variety of your foods!

You have once again inspired me to try my hand at cooking.  Yesterday for dinner I had smoked beef shoulder clod and brisket, potato salad, six-bean hotdish and cornbread, all washed down with a good porter (or two :cowboy: :cowboy: :cowboy:).  For dessert, trés leches!

    mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
