Ok, so I was planning this lo carb cauliflower & green bean yum thing, :ready-to-eat: then my 12 yr old said, "oh... the kids (! The other 5 who eat solids) don't like that." I was disheartened :surprised:. Then she :chef:proceeded to make some potato soup and pancakes. ( I was pretty excited that she was making dinner!) It went over very well. I, trying to do some lo carb meals these days, had a mushroom, onion, spinach, cheese omelette with avocado & tomato on the side. :applause:
