Poche, do you know that rice and lentils is my meal of choice while fasting? I like white rice with red lentils. But often I have brown rice with brown lentils.

I am using a broiler and not a grill, as we do not have a grill. I am serving it with white rice and brussel sprouts. And half of the soy sauce is ginger flavored.
I bought a whole chicken for the meal so I am also using the chicken back and wing tips to make stock. I have carrots and onions and celery. So I guess I will make soup sometime next week or find some other use for the stock.
