When my insomnia over took my last night I was browsing here, and you gave me such a sugar craving 😂 I ate my cannoli cream, and I’m pretty sure that’s not the sugar you say is ok.  ;D

Sugar is good, even refined sugar, as long as it's not accompanied by fats & oils.

For breakfast this morning, I had 2 packets of maple & brown sugar oat meal with 5 heaping spoons of white sugar, and 1 tsp of turmeric and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
