For dinner, I had egg rolls, salad with a variety of chopped veggies, apple sauce with 6 heaping tsps of white sugar, and a glass of concord grape juice (and a water on the side); and for dessert, I had a banana-strawberry shake (8 blended bananas and a cup of strawberries) with honey and 10 heaping tsps of white sugar.
