I am making
· a list of meals w/o meat and
· a list for snacks.
[....] If you have recipes to share during Lent, would you like to share [?]

Methinks they're great  excuses  reasons to create 2 new topics here in the CathInfo "Health and Nutrition" forum, so readers can focus on your 2 lists.  By which I mean focus free from the clutter in a topic approaching 1½ thousand postings, bloated by the daily submission of postings of obesity-friendly meals as devoured by a notorious Novus Ordo member.

Why don't you just start the corresponding 2 threads, or at least the 1 for "meals w/o meat", and see how members respond?

I have a recipe which is bread dough with [....]  I think I might be missing something.  I know to season it, but I think there is another ingredient, if anyone has an idea.

In particular, I'm fairly certain that I have useful possible ideas--answers--for your question, but I'm not going to post them in this cluttered thread.  But I will  keep an eye out for an opportunity to reply with my ideas in any relevant new  threads by you in "Health and Nutrition".
