Recipe for stuffed pastry/Salmon.

I am making a list of meals w/o meat and a list for snacks.

I have a recipe which is bread dough with tuna, cheese, 1 egg, and chopped onion filling.  I think I might be missing something.  I know to season it, but I think there is another ingredient, if anyone has an idea.  When it is done, I serve a chesse sauce with it.

I pulled out a recipe for zucchini potato pancakes, those look good.

I love the broccoli and cheese soup.  Then I have one I haven't tried in a long time: South-of-the-border Pie using corn meal pastry and fill like a pizza using refried beans. A mixture of avocado mashed with sour cream and lemon juice and add the chopped toms, onions and such.  It is good.

If you have recipes to share during Lent, would you like to share.

Songbird, try adding capers and/or parsley.

Don't forget good old minestrone. Lentil soup is good too, especially with Moroccan spices.
