I think for thinking people (especially thinking people under 80 or so) the more relevant question is whether its justified to hold on to a job, or to avoid prison, or if it becomes necessary to shop in grocery stores, etc. etc. etc.
I'm honestly not certain how best to answer these questions, but I think all of the above are more realistic than "is it justified just to prevent getting Covid symptoms" which is patently ridculous and would border on ridiculous even if there was no morally bad element at all.
