    • Rwanda is very polarizing.

    On one hand, it's done a fantastic job of reforming itself after the 1994 Rwandan Genocide. If you don't know about it, read about it. You've been warned in advance. 

    Its economy has largely healed, it's now very safe and clean.

    It's also very authoritarian, with no room for dissent. It reformed itself with an iron boot. Forcing people to get vaccinated feels like a Rwanda thing that would happen.
