I was lucky to get my water from a well instead of the fluoride filled water supplies.

I did always, and still do, use fluoride toothpaste however. What alternatives are there?
There are several natural alternatives. Do what your great great grandparents did or what many nuns in the convent still do.

I use a mixture of 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt and one teaspoon of baking salt. Next, I make a paste by adding a little water, and then I brush my teeth starting from the gum line to the tip of my teeth.

Next I use 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt and one teaspoon of baking salt, add hot water, mix, and then use this mixture to gargle and swish the water between my teeth, much like the technique called oil pulling. My dentist was very impressed with the health of my gums and teeth.
It stops mouth and tooth infections, and it also helps to get rid of plaque.

Even though it is very inexpensive, it is very effective. Why pay a middleman to make a paste when you can do it yourself?

Is there any way to reverse, at least in part, the damage done to the pineal gland, through detox or any other means?   And who has known this, and failed to make the knowledge public?  And why?  Cui bono?
I have heard that if you follow a natural, glyphosate-free diet, and drink purified water such as that produced by Berkey, this will largely overcome the problem. Adding magnesium, Himalayan salt, and spices such as garlic, ginger, and turmeric, and herbs such as chanca de piedra, ajo te, peppermint, burdock root, and dandelion root, which are all rich in minerals helps the body to heal.

However, you must avoid fluoride whether in water or food (food cooked in fluoridated water), fluoridated toothpaste and fluoridated mouth rinse. Bottle water derived from natural springs is often naturally high in fluoride. One of the worse is Geyser Spring Water, which is taken from volcanic mountain springs.

Well water as well as spring water must be tested to determine the level of fluoride or contaminants such as arsenic, bacteria, etc.

I have used a Berkey water purifier now for two years. The water is excellent and retains its natural minerals. I have added the fluoride filter since our water supply in Los Angeles is highly fluoridated. Thus, I also avoid restaurant food as their foods are cooked with fluoridated water.

Many good suggestions for removing fluoride from the pineal gland, bones and other parts of the body.  Berkey water filters fitted with special fluoride filters are good but expensive and are always needing to be replaced.  Another less expensive method is to only consume distilled water.  Remember, this includes cooking too.  It is true that distilled water contains no minerals, however, mineral water contains inorganic minerals which cannot be used by the human body.  Actually, we get our minerals from eating plants and animals that eat plants and those are organic minerals which the body can use.  For more definitive information on organic minerals see:

I either make my own or buy from organic places that sell non fluoridated ones
