I want to gain muscle but my only issue is getting a lot of protein and a calorie surplus. I was wondering if there is anything good other than cream and oil for getting a lot calories without eating too much food.

I played organized tackle football from age 11-18, I was a receiver and punt returner in highschool 10-12 grades. I was always athletic. That said, I was slim, 5'-7" 155lbs and I could always eat like a horse without gaining weight. I was very strong, though I didn't really know it at the time, that that was how I could handle players much bigger than me. When I was 23, I wanted to bulk up, so I took up bodybuilding with heavy weights low reps and to gain weight I kept eating like a horse like always, but because I was doing weights, I was hungrier and ate more. Withing 6 months I was at 170 with no fat. I was 44 chest, 30 waist. I was lifting 300lbs on the bench press. I stayed the same weight from there on but got stronger and more defined. I found the best thing to put on weight was Hagen Daz ice cream, it has the highest fat content of any ice cream, and it is outrageously delicious because of the extra fat. The other thing is to take some protein supplement till you are where you want to be. Once you have the muscle you wanted, you will not need the ice cream or the protein but once in a while when you feel you need it.

The motivation and goal are unclear here.
The most calorie-dense foods are fats, especially saturated fats.
What is "too much food"? If you merely build a healthy amount of muscle and avoid flabby obesity, is there a reason to limit the number of mouthfuls swallowed?
Why won't a balanced diet with enough calories accomplish your goal?

Then just find another comparable brand of ice cream that has good ingredients made by a company you have no problem with.

90% of all food is controlled by various evil companies, so unless you want to starve to death ...
This is your scruples at work again.

Depends on your metabolism. I knew some people like you who could eat forever and not put on fat, but then others if they went 100 calories over their BMR would immediately convert it to fat. I've actually read that you can build muscle even on a calorie deficit provided that you get enough protein, 1 gram per kilo (2.2 pounds) of body weight.
Study I read said that you could gain muscle (with enough protein) even on a 20% calorie deficit. They had different control groups, and the guys with calories deficit put on as much muscle as the guys with calorie surplus. Protein is key, and in addition getting all the proper macro- and micro- nutrients that all help in the process.

Ice cream is full of corn syrup. The ice cream of today is full of yuck.
My father played football and he would eat bananas to put on weight.
I have friends that lift weights and they use whey protein and drink veggie and fruit smoothies.

It's 90% of industrial fodder. Buy real fresh food, and eat like a human.

Wish you were in the Spokane area, tons of trad families sell homegrown meat so you can get non ZOGchow sources of protein for reasonable prices. See if there's a farming family at your chapel or consider raising rabbits.

I'd be hard-pressed to put my fingers on it, but read that those most likely to survive famine had BMIs slightly above the supposed optimum (the "overweight" category). Those with obese. normal, or lower BMIs fared (pun intended) more poorly.

You're young. You don't have the same issues with hormones that women do in their life. Please don't take this time in your life for granted!! Your body right now is your friend, so keep it that way. Keep moving, exercise regularly, eat normal portions, drink lots of water, lift occasional moderate weights, avoid alcohol (excess carbohydrates) and sugar/high fructose corn syrup and junk foods, and let your body figure out where it will end up. ***Avoid steroids or anything similar*** Use all of your large muscle groups naturally in activities like swimming, cycling, rock climbing, running and rowing, and you will probably quite like your physique. :-)
Whatever you do, please don't fall for fads like coconut or palm oils, or a bunch of supplements (whey, etc.) The body is very good at "bulking" up on its own if you actually exercise. You may want to assess your body frame ectomorph, mesomorph, endomorph, but you cannot be something that you are not.
Focus on maintaining your regular overall fitness and cardiovascular health, and in 20 years, you will be SO glad that you didn't follow any wacky stuff. The guys that use steroids to bulk up will end up with shorter life spans due to heart and cardiovascular issues, and there are actually very few women that like really big and bulky men like the Hulk. Most women are attracted to fit and healthy and some musculature, but not over-the-top. So if you are trying to "bulk up for the gals," you are doing things for the wrong purpose anyway.
No matter what, if you are insecure with yourself inside, bulking up is not going to help either. Maybe you are really lacking confidence?
God bless, Anne.

Try pemican. Naturally made it is a great survivalist product as well.

Avocado is a great source of nutrition and calories without the carbs. Check out Thomas DeLauer on Youtube for other ideas.
