  • Eat less processed meat because it causes cancer.  Eat more chicken, veggies, fish.

    ( and I just had scrapple for breakfast ). Yikes.

  • It is good to take fruit and vegetables in a blender.
    Then you take the citrus to take out the bitter of the
    veggies. IT works well with our bodies to keep the
    nutrients in tact and not cook them out and we get
    the health benefits.  Just get the best blender for it.

    Who wants Fukushima tainted meals? Best to get fish out of a clean lake. Our days of eating seafood are pretty numbered.

    If u can hunt, raise your own, plant a garden and cut out white flour n sugar and drink lots of water .
