There are many good studies out there regarding cholesterol. There is the "good" cholesterol, and the "bad" cholesterol. Eggs contain GOOD cholesterol, which is what our BRAIN is made up of, and the tissues surrounding the heart. Egg yolks are wonderful for your brain and your heart.
What isn't said enough in the mainstream, because most of those outlets are paid for by the pharmaceuticals, are that BAD cholesterol is made up of trans-fat, which is ARTIFICIAL fats, made up of "partially hydrogenated" oils which have been chemically altered to preserve the food. Eggs have NONE of that.
I've even seen studies that suggest that not enough fat and cholesterol can cause Alzheimer's disease, and heart disease.
I've even seen other studies that suggest that taking statin drugs cause sterility in men, most especially, and if it causes it in men, it most certainly probably causes it in women, as well.
A good website to research this data is on the Natural News website.
