At my woodworking class a few men were trying without luck to open an old jar of linseed oil. Needless to say, when it came round to me I popped it open with ease and a casual smirk. Luckily there were no ladies present, because they might have swooned onto the table saw.

You too can have crushing grip strength. Just subscribe to my newsletter.

hehehehe.

I'm just about closing the gripper again but I'm up to 210 lbs.  I'm afraid I'm going to have to start fasting so I can be trim for my cousin's wedding in Texas.

I started working out about two months ago. Try to walk at least 2 miles a day and cut portions. I'd say that I'm about 1/5 of my goal down. Long way to go! Drink plenty of water and staying active is the key.

Yes. Usually when I get home from work I try to run three six-minute miles, do some weightlifting, as well as some boxing.

six minute miles  :applause:  (take care of your knees)

This past Saturday,my dog and I took part in a March to support our local shooting range whose members are mostly police and veterans  (city people move to country next to gun range or farm and then they want to dictate what you should do with your land...)

Anyway, it was a two mile march and I was hurtin and so was my dog.  I realized how out a shape I am.   (and  gluttony is a sin)  I used to be athletic..  and now I'm a poster child for obesity and my vet told me that my dog needs to lose weight.

I recently joined a gym which is family oriented and offers aqua aerobics and cheap and close by.  I'm going to start walking again and eat better.  The majority of people there are dressed modestly and there is no cussing.  Everyone there is for exercise and not dating service.

I want to please God and take better care of myself spiritually and physically, mentally..

After this, I have to go food shopping... :ready-to-eat:
