This is horrific.

What is interesting about this is that it can't be denied. Soccer is basically the world sport, and there could easily be half a billion people watching an event like the World Cup. So if someone collapses on the field in front of live cameras, it can't be hidden or covered up. People are going to see it, and people have to be noticing that these are happening more, and wondering why.
