From what I have seen. Has a lot of potential health benefits, does not work for everyone, should not be taken if on medication or pregnant, promoted by the false prophet mohamhead (big red flag in my book), it can also be dangerous i,e it can lower blood pressure but sometimes that is not a good thing. It can help some people with acne, yet with others it causes a server allergic reaction where they need to go to emergency response (really really bad reaction so if you use it on skin make sure to spot test).

Seems like a mixed bag.
I try to stay away from mixed bags.  They are so confusing to figure out.  :cowboy:

What, exactly, are “black seeds?” What kind of plant do they come from? What other ingredients, if any, are in the oil?  I do not like the warning about severe allergic reactions. Anyone who tries it risks anaphylaxis which can be fatal. I’d advise people to keep away from it. Anybody can put anything online and make ridiculous claims. It sounds like snake oil to me.  How much money do they want for the stuff?

I have had success with both the liquid and capsules of black
Seed oil.
My son has extremely bad eczema, after exhausting every method for clearing it up, we heard black seed oil is anti-fungal so we figured it couldn’t hurt. His skin did best with half beef tallow, half black seed oil. After about a week of putting on the mixture, his rash started going away.

I took black seed oil capsules with oregano oil capsules and NAC as an anti fungal protocol. Along with anti-parasite meds, it healed my issue I had for almost 2 years.

I wouldn’t take black seed oil all the time, it’s really powerful, cycling it works best.
