I believe that the reason they put the jab campaign on pause was to let a bit of time pass.  Most people have short attention spans these days, and if they drop dead of a heart attack or stroke or cancer a year after the jab, they're very unlikely to blame the jab for it.  Well played here by the Globalists.  They also rolled out the Ukraine invasion both as a distraction and as a way for them to move onto the next phase, economic crash, while being able to pin it on the New Hitler so that people don't point the finger at the real culprits, Schwab and company (aka the Jews).  Otherwise it may have been too obvious.  They just need a little bit of misdirection to fool most of the Goy.
