Just a reminder to my fellow Catholics --

If a cold, strep throat, flu, etc. has you down -- try this simple and cheap remedy:

I can personally vouch for it. It has saved me from many colds, and at least reduced symptoms in the cases where I didn't catch it soon enough.

I had to ban him -- actually I deleted his account partly by accident.
I did perma-ban him though -- he was the same guy who signed up for about 10 accounts a few weeks ago.
