Here's a great study:
https://medcraveonline.com/IJVV/chlorine-dioxide-clo2-as-a-non-toxic-antimicrobial-agent-for-virus-bacteria-and-yeast-candida-albicans.html

I found this as I was reseaching its effects on EBV.

It also cites studies where it demonstrates that ClO2 can be safetly ingested ... exposing the big pharma lie that it's dangerous and toxic.

I'm using this here, but I don't think it matters, so long as it's from a reputable source.  You use so little at a time that I imagine this kit here would last someone a year or more.

Thanks, I just ordered 1 kit, sounds like it's well worth trying!

Does it come with instructions? If not, where can I find instructions?

It's extremely simple to make, and the question is more around dosing.  There are instructions on the bottle.

You simply need to mix equal amounts of bottle A with bottle B.  So what I do so far is to take a small glass, put 4 drops of A in and then add 4 drops of B.  You need to let it mix for about 1 minute.  Since the amounts are so small, I turn the glass on an angle so all of the stuff ends up in the same small area at the bottom "corner" of the glass.  After about a minute, it turns amber in color.  Then I add about 4 ounces of purified water (since who knows what chemicals are in tap water) and stir it real well with a spoon (to make sure none gets left behind).  Some people add more water because they don't like the taste.  If it's totally unpalatable I think you can mix it with some other stuff, but I don't believe it can have Vitamin C or citric acid or a few other things in it, so I stick with water.  I tend to take these 4+4 drops twice a day.

But the dosing is he questions.  People recommend starting small, just 1 + 1 drops, to make sure you're not allergic to it, and then build up slowly.  Those most I ever heard should be taken is 8x3 drops, so either 3 drops 8 times per day or 8 drops 3 times per day.  I don't think it matters since it's supposed to stay active for about 40 hours in the body.  I'd prefer not to have to do something every hour of the day.  I'm thinking next week I'll build up the dose a little, to more like 4 drops 3 times a day.

It says on the bottle that 3+3 drops results in 35ppm (parts per million) in 4 ounces of water.  They've done many safety studies on it, including having mice constantly breathe in like 20ppm 24x7 for 6 months straight and then putting about 40 ppm in their drinking water (letting them drink as much as the want).  So if you want to keep the ppm under about 4, just add more water.  So 6+6 drops would be 35ppm in 8 ounces of water.  I think I saw a study where there was no measurable effect even up to 100ppm.

There's  lots of pharma-paid disinfo about it out there, trying to claim it's unsafe (despite the existence of about a dozen scientific studies proving the exact opposite) and claiming that it's "bleach".  No, it's not bleach.  It does have a bleaching effect, due to OXIDATION, i.e. releasing oxygen, but then so does hydrogen peroxide.  But it's a lie to call it bleach, which is sodium hypochlorite.

Here's one safety study from the NIH:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5369164/

So ignoring the studies and demonizing ClO2 is a good sign that it's effective, because big phama appears to be afraid of the word getting out.

Here's the actual video, posted by gladius, that first got me interested in it:

It's very telling that this gentleman is not trying to sell anything at all on the website.  It's a free video and he has some free downloadable books there.  I think that he just genuinely wants to get the word out to help people.
