Family to Receive Millions of Dollars in Damages Because Child with Mitochondrial Disease Developed Autism After Receiving Multiple Vaccinations
September 13th, 2010

Via: CBS News:

The first court award in a vaccine-autism claim is a big one. CBS News has learned the family of Hannah Poling will receive more than $1.5 million dollars for her life care; lost earnings; and pain and suffering for the first year alone.

In addition to the first year, the family will receive more than $500,000 per year to pay for Hannah’s care. Those familiar with the case believe the compensation could easily amount to $20 million over the child’s lifetime.

Hannah was described as normal, happy and precocious in her first 18 months.

Then, in July 2000, she was vaccinated against nine diseases in one doctor’s visit: measles, mumps, rubella, polio, varicella, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, and Haemophilus influenzae.

Afterward, her health declined rapidly. She developed high fevers, stopped eating, didn’t respond when spoken to, began showing signs of autism, and began having screaming fits. In 2002, Hannah’s parents filed an autism claim in federal vaccine court. Five years later, the government settled the case before trial and had it sealed. It’s taken more than two years for both sides to agree on how much Hannah will be compensated for her injuries.

In acknowledging Hannah’s injuries, the government said vaccines aggravated an unknown mitochondrial disorder Hannah had which didn’t “cause” her autism, but “resulted” in it. It’s unknown how many other children have similar undiagnosed mitochondrial disorder. All other autism “test cases” have been defeated at trial. Approximately 4,800 are awaiting disposition in federal vaccine court.

Our family no longer vaccinates like this.  We attempt to determine reasonably which vaccines we believe are worth the risk.  Frankly very few are.  Polio is one, as well as Pertussis and Tetanus.  I used to have a Dr. that was understanding to our needs.  He has since moved out of our HMO and I can no longer use him.  The Dr's I have to use now are not so understanding.  They keep pushing but we resist.  It's worth it, IMO.  Parents have WILLINGLY given control of their children over to the government.  It's the government who has determined which immunizations your children should have.  Big Pharm wants to convince you that all this crap in their vaccines is safe.  They are full of it.  I feel so sorry for this family.  I pray God gives them the strength to persevere.

NINE vaccinations in ONE blankety-blank doctor's visit?

Say what you will about vaccines yeah or nay, but this is ridiculous! They have taken vaccinations to an insane degree.

Even if these vaccinations were tested and found to be safe (neither is true), doing nine of them at once changes the mix!
They'd have to test those TOGETHER to prove that normal vaccine use is safe.

I no longer get any vaccines. The flu shot isn't even proven to prevent you from getting the flu, and even if it does what about all the terrible stuff it contains? Vaccines can cause cancer, autism, etc. Vitamin D3 is the way to go.

Let's look at the vaccine schedule from 1983 (I was seven years old then) to 2007.

We can't wonder anymore why autism is skyrocketing. I have a niece and a nephew that both have it thanks to the vaccines.
