Then abuse of executive orders.

Now arbitrary federal "mandates".

So much for constitutional law and the system of checks and balances.

CDC ISSUES “FEDERAL LAW” ON MASKS? VERY DANGEROUS NEW PRECEDENT

This is certainly an overreach and will probably bring about a few lawsuits. As usual, these mandates include exemptions that nearly 100% of the population qualify for. Myself, I was born with a medical condition requiring me to breathe through my nose and mouth:

• A person with a disability who cannot wear a mask, or cannot safely wear a mask, because of the disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq.).
• A person for whom wearing a mask would create a risk to workplace health, safety, or job duty as determined by the relevant workplace safety guidelines or federal regulations.

This Order exempts the following categories of conveyances, including persons on board such conveyances:
• Private conveyances operated solely for personal, non-commercial use;

In the State of Ohio, a woman named Amy Acton, an unelected appointed bureaucrat was the one signing the lσcкdσωn orders, and NOT the governor.  They're doing this on purpose, creating a health czar dictatorship.  Some of the Ohio legislators questioned this, and even a number of Republicans introduced articles of impeachment against the governor DeWine.

Good for them, but the impeachment will go nowhere. This mask nonsense needs to stop and these bureaucrats need to be sent packing. A good job for Fauci would be a school janitor.

This country thinks that abortion is healthcare and a shemale can be the health secretary in an administration. 

They are grossly and wholly unqualified to direct people on ANY matters of health.
