After somebody posted the CathInfo Rice Pudding, I've decided to post this:

CathInfo Fish Nuggets
Ingredients:
Alaskan Pollock fillet
flour
egg
crumbs
salt
Thaw the fish, then push the water (if there's any) out of if. Then cut it into slices and roll them up or fold them in halves. Prepare the egg, and dip the fish into the flour, then in the egg and in the crumb. Do not let the fish to unfold, if unfolded, put egg into the inside. Fry it and it's done! Mine have turned out perfect and panga-free.
