Anyone here, who is a medical professional or has formal training and experience, who knows how to withdraw blood, store it (refrigerated), and later transfuse it into the same body? Could you explain the process and all of the equipment necessary for it, perhaps a video demonstration?

I have a little bit of research experience. I did an experiment on myself in my Masters of Science research project on the effects of ongoing simulated altitude-induced hypoxia and its effects on athletic performance due to red blood cell production. I would like to do a transfusion experiment on myself.
