I can't prove this either way, but some conservatives say that Trump's "operation warp-speed" was a way to throw a monkey wrench into the Covid shutdown, which was meant to last much, much longer.  Instead of waiting 2-3 years for a vaccine, (imagine the economic damage of a 4 year shutdown...every small business would've closed), Trump (and the white hats) forced the globalists to speed everything up for the following reasons:

a.  A forced-speed up in vax production limited the death rate because the RNA was not perfected
b.  A forced-speed up in vax production means a greater % of fake/reduced-damage vaxes, because it would be too obvious if people started dying all at once.
c.  A forced-speed up in vax production means the globalists' plan to shut down economy and force everyone to take the jab was seen as extreme
d.  A forced-speed up in vax production means people could see the power grab in real time, instead of a gradual 3-4 years of loss of liberty
e.  A forced-speed up in vax production means people fought the power grab as extreme, with court victories, instead of gradual loss of liberty
f.  A forced-speed up in vax production means the media had to stage/lie about hospital deaths, which have been proven as a farce.

In fact, as soon as March 2020, Trump issued an Exec Order for the DOD to create its own anti-covid vax, which further put pressure on Big Pharma to hurry and produce jabs.

Trump is no saint but there are many white hats behind him (many of whom are in the military/DOD) and the evidence shows that "operation warp speed" was an attempt to sabotage the globalist plan by speeding everything up.  There was no way to stop Covid once it started.  Sabotage was the only way to reduce the collateral damage.
