Nuts!  I love buttered beets.  Any harm or help in eating them?

Sadly, the sight of beets results in involuntary gag reflex for me.   :wine-drinking:

I know that wheatgrass juice is good for the blood, but it would probably be toxic mixed with cuмadin or other meds.

It should say what things to avoid when taking certain medicines. I can not imagine beets being on the list of no no foods. However, Andrew does have one that says tell you doctor if you eat garlic. He does ( I am half Italian after all) and is fine.

I'll  ask my nutritionist.  Yup, I have a nutritionist---she comes with the nephrologist, 2 PD nurses and a social worker.  Ha!  It's not what you know, but who you know.  This isn't even counting all you fine folks.
