I work with people who are "big", I've have seen them eat at work, big portions, constant snacking on junk during work. If it's like this at work what's it like at home?
My office is looks right to the hallway of our break room. I keep tabs...

Yep, you can guess who grabbing the free chips and diet cokes... :laugh1:

I just came sick the past week, could not eat for almost 3 days, i dropped almost 15 lbs and I'm not a big person and I was resting in the house trying to get better. Can you imagine if I got out everyday and kept my normal routine or did a 5 day fast?

Fasting is a miracle gift from God, it can even heal disease, I hear it can cure cancer, anything is possible, but brings clarity of the mind, strenghtens the spirit and brings the body into submission. Fasting is for us, not for God and our culuture rejects it, that's why every third person you see should be on the other end of a whale watch.

We could cure the obesity " epidemic" , and a lot of other things if we merely cut our meals down to two a day and fasted one day a week, for at least 3 months for starters.

I fasted for 48 hrs 2 years ago and gained a pound.  3 years ago, I went to France on vacation and ate anything I wanted in any amount (pastries, chocolate, wine, cheese) and lost a pound.

Gained 1 lb from the CO₂ in the air?

The distribution is probably Gaussian (normal), so average = median in this case.
The statistical average number will be higher because overweight people weigh more.

The middle or median number will be more accuarate, and also lower because underweight people weigh less.
