I always find bulk (actual) healthy foods to be cheaper than processed goy slop. Frankly there is a big problem with people over consuming too much calories both in the world and in the Church. A woman's physical appeal is much greater when she is slim compared to being overweight, and in today's world I would say there is a significant percentage of people who are beyond morbid obesity.
Look at these Samoans. They’re “Super Morbidly Obese.” The USA destroyed their home islands during the Cold War.  They were moved to islands with little arable land and food, stuff illegal to sell in the western world, was sent to them. Now, it’s the mainstay of their diet.
Compare with a photo taken in 1930, later colorized. This was when they were self-sufficient, and, BTW, CATHOLIC!  They’re still Catholic but most don’t know the real Faith.

I think environment, society, ease of access, lack of self-control is a major factor. I don't buy the genetics being a *major factor. I've studied this a lot myself, and I've worked with many nutritionists since I had UC ten years ago, which is now cleared up (Thank the Lord).

Genetic pre-disposition to certain *body frames/height is real... not obesity...
When I was growing up, maybe 1 in 10 kids were fat and that was more or less babyfat they eventually lost by HS, and then maybe 1 in 50 or more were actually morbidly obese.  And NONE of the parents were fat, and they all drank or smoked, but worked everyday, the housewives were constantly moving. There was no junk food laying around and no one ate out everday, but we were outside moving, every single day. I remember how much we hated being inside, it was usually cause we were being punished and sometimes, we still managed to sneak out lol.

Point being, even bad genetics , and there were some families predisposed to bigness, can be overcome, if you stop stuffing your gob and get out and movee, everyday.

Not true.  There aren't enough fasting days, and even on those days, people can gain weight, since by eating one big meal, and more carbs (less protein), they can actually change their metabolisms.  AND a lot of the food people can afford is poisoned garbage that wrecks the metabolism, creates insulin resistance, etc. (particularly the high fructose syrups).
I just came sick the past week, could not eat for almost 3 days, i dropped almost 15 lbs and I'm not a big person and I was resting in the house trying to get better. Can you imagine if I got out everyday and kept my normal routine or did a 5 day fast?

Fasting is a miracle gift from God, it can even heal disease, I hear it can cure cancer, anything is possible, but brings clarity of the mind, strenghtens the spirit and brings the body into submission. Fasting is for us, not for God and our culuture rejects it, that's why every third person you see should be on the other end of a whale watch.

We could cure the obesity " epidemic" , and a lot of other things if we merely cut our meals down to two a day and fasted one day a week, for at least 3 months for starters.

Even with goy slop you still have to eat insane amounts of food per volume to become that large.

I work with people who are "big", I've have seen them eat at work, big portions, constant snacking on junk during work. If it's like this at work what's it like at home?
