One of the biggest problems with MS seems to be inflammation and swelling throughout the body, which then affects the brain, spinal chord, and all of the rest of a person's nervous system...
So, here are some things that might help:
1. Eat more anti-inflammatory foods:
Colorful fruits and vegetables
Oily fish
Nuts
seeds
Ginger
Garlic
Cayenne
Bananas
Extra-virgin Olive Oil
2. Avoid foods that cause inflammation:
Carbohydrates
Sugar
Gluten and Processed Food Products
(By the way, fresh food is a major key factor in helping a person to get better... Cooking from scratch can be difficult and time consuming at first, but it is so much more healthy!)
Circulation, brainfog, weakness, and urinary problems also seems to be major issues in this illness. To fix this try these things:
1. Drink more fluids (also see if you can find Kombucha or fermented drinks to take).
2. Exercise more.
3. Have regular meal times.
4. Have a scheduled life.
Routine helps a lot with illnesses like this, but stress and disorder tend to make it worse.
Hope this helps!
Keep fighting and may God bless you!
