    • I remember reading a Times Magazine story back when I was in high school when the Japanese were getting their plans for nuclear energy in high gear.

    An argument in the article addressed the issue of earth quakes. Japan defended itself stating their plants would be 100% safe in the case of disasters. Basically stating, "What could possibly go wrong ?'

    Japan needs to be held accountable.
