I'm glad someone said it right to his face. I'm sure if anyone said that to Biden, the Feds would imprison them in the DC gulag.

Project Veritas asked in the video why NIAID would fund research that DARPA determined was too dangerous. I believe RFK Jr has stated that it was because the CIA (or one of those alphabet agencies with secret budgets) wanted it. DARPA is the public research facade of the military-industrial complex. There's a lot of stuff that happens in secret without any congressional nor executive oversight. Those secret proceedings are the heart of the deep state. You would think that Congress and the President would have enough control to prevent treasonous betrayal of the President and/or Congress but no, they don't have complete control over it. Maybe no one has complete control over it -- kind of like the mafia. They have a controlling committee (the Commission) but meanwhile all the members are constantly scheming to stab each other in the back. I don't know. I just know it needs to be destroyed. Along with the medical/insurance industrial complex. Another mafia-like organization.
