Yes, and putting God first.
We must take care of the body, within reason. But remember that our body will one day feed the worms -- we must prepare our soul to be judged by God, who won't miss a thing.
No, I agree. There are more important things than your body, and there's no shame in being out of shape if you're too busy or stressed or whatever else. There've been multitudes of holy people "out of shape" because they had far too many important matters to attend to before they could spare time for the gym, or whatever else. But if an article is trying to advise people on what to do about their own
issues with their body, it should be offering them actual solutions, not just telling them to stick their fingers in their ears.
It's like if I wrote an article called "8 ways to combat anxiety about the tattered state of your car". There's nothing wrong with having a run-down car, but if you're someone clicking on such an article, then it's something important to you that you'd like to fix. So I should be offering you real solutions to fix your car, rather than just telling you "having a beat down piece of **** is alright; meditate or something". That's of no benefit whatsoever to someone trying to fix the problems with their car. Same applies to people concerned about their physical health.
