Thank you for the kind birthday wishes!  I worked from 2pm until now, but that has been true on most of my birthdays.  

For this birthday, however, my mother and sister took me to Ireland in late August for the Notre Dame-Navy game in Dublin and then we traveled around the country for a week.  I spent my sophomore year in Ireland, THIRTY years ago.  The trip was wonderful and I sang an a capella solo in an awesome pub in Doolin.
