I saw this error:

But I guess the server was just very busy and MySQL -or whatever SMF uses- was overloaded. I didn't give it any importance.

I want this information, and my request, in the back of your mind. If you ever wake up one day and type in "CathInfo.com" into your browser and it just hangs -- something's wrong, and it's not the website. It could be your IP address got accidentally added to a blacklist.

I wonder how many people over the years have tried to visit CathInfo and weren't able to, for a reason like this.

It's giving you that message when you're using an IP address that's been blocked.
