As part of someone's job who works at a college, they are to screen qualifications of applying individuals looking to further their education. Part of the employee's job is to meet with these applicants and investigate their motives, ambitions, and desires for schooling, via an interview.
If, after the interview, the employee finds that the interviewee doesn't meet all the qualifications, but would benefit tremendously (and their family would benefit tremendously) from the education, and the employee feels they would do well based on all other factors, and lets them in to the school anyways, while being against the rules, is this sinful?
