  • Why in the world would SSPX quit offering retreats for women?

    That seems to me to be very destructive, because now more than ever WOMEN need retreats.

    It would be comparatively easy for us to be holy if only we could always see the character of our neighbours either in soft shade or with the kindly deceits of moonlight upon them. Of course, we are not to grow blind to evil

  • I doubt if this is true and, if it is, it might have to do with people having no money for retreats.

  • The last I heard anything about any sort of SSPX retreat was referencing one in St. Mary's in which they were looking to fill the men's retreat but the women's was already full. Those will be happening this month.
