    • I tried to list things in bullet form

    it shows bullets when typing but not after clicking Post

    This bullet list feature never has worked on this new forum platform and there is no answer to the question, "Why?"

    That's just the way it is, apparently.

    I have copied bullet lists from other websites and copied them here but clicking on "Preview" makes the bullets disappear.
    .
    If I don't use Preview and just click "Post" the bullets still disappear the same as with Preview.
    .
    Even more frustrating is how this software deletes all blank lines between text (block paragraph separation) and therefore I have resorted to putting a period between lines that I want to separate otherwise I have to go back and figure out where those are and add them after clicking "Preview" which is a lot of useless waste of time.

    . Try adding a period before a number or * as I did above to create your own bullets.

    . And instead of adding a period in the middle of a space, add it immediately before you start the first sentence of your paragraph as I have done here.
