Yes, the FSSP (Fraternity of St. Peter) is a Traditional group that is "regularized" -- that is, under the wing of modernist Rome.
The FSSP was founded by a group of priests and seminarians (headed by Fr. Bisig) who left the SSPX following the 1988 Consecrations and "excommunications" that followed because they wanted to remain "in communion" with Rome. Their current Superior General is Fr. Berg.
