Despite popular rumor, I don't allow blasphemy or other concrete error to be spewed on CathInfo.

Yes, but I was talking about those who argue and dismiss obvious Catholic sources, especially approved catechisms.

I'll say no more. YOU need to do something.

Catholics don't argue and dismiss approved Catechisms nor ridicule those who quote them. This is a general principle here, nothing to do with what you just mentioned.

I get two down-thumbs for saying I sort of liked Tele?  Isn't that actually SIX down-thumbs by Matthew's method?  Or is it for saying he has an obnoxious side?  If he Tele were perfectly charming, he wouldn't have been banned.

My critics will please reveal themselves!

Don't hold your breath.  Critics, on this forum, almost always remain anonymous.

We have Ggreg attacking homeschooling and promoting a practice that directly goes against Church teaching once again but Tele an honest Christian man that you have broke bread with is banned? Matthew please delete this thread.

This is especially not true in areas of family life that have culture differences and/or lee-way depending on circuмstances, per Church teaching. I didn't know ggreg's school was single sex or had uniforms. That was interesting to me. Doesn't change my mind about public schools but it's interesting nonetheless that other countries do things differently and possibly less horrendously. Going back and forth discussing different aspects of an issue is what makes a forum interesting. If a person wants a place where they can simply tell the world their thoughts, views and perspectives in monologue form, or have yes-men who will hang on their every word, they can start a blog.

Nothing in the teaching against secular government schools say they are OK as long as a blue plaid wool skirt is worn.
