  • Someone who goes to a particular internet forum, and posts things just to annoy or provoke other people.  Someone who "trolls" for a response.

  • Not sure why I was called that, but I was actually looking to settle down on this site. I don't usually post things to provoke people, but because I have a question about something that is bothering me.

  • Well, the troll is usually someone who takes the opposite view of a forum just to do it. Like a person pretending to have a Christian view going to an atheist forum, and vice versa.
