Well, they left Cathinfo alone which proves they're not taking down truth-dispersing websites  

Seriously though, it says "The FE forum is at least temporarily disabled."

That looks like one of the owners is trying to decide whether or not to keep it down permanently. If it were a hacker, it would be easy enough to fix it and get things back up and running.

If something like that happened to Cathinfo (assuming it were a hacker), I might put up a message while I work on restoring the site, etc. but I would say "Please be patient while we recover our site from a recent hacking attack." or something to that effect. I certainly wouldn't say, "The site is down AT LEAST for a while, if not permanently."

So I don't know...
