Bill O'Reilly said his father used to say that

If you can't make your point in [something like 5 minutes] he had no use for you (or words to that effect)

I think he actually said he would walk out of the room if you didn't make your point in that period (or some such short period) of time

makes sense to me...

some posts here just ramble on and on and never seem to come to the main point...
