According to their mission statement, they're a militant, traditionalist Catholic organization that emphasizes strength, manly virtue, and traditional Western values through the lens of Christianity, that's based in America.  I don't really know a lot about them, but I do know a lot about their sister group, Deus Vult International, which is basically all those things except an international organization instead of a nation specific one (Their website is currently down for maintenance, but here's a link to their official manifesto: www.blurb.com/b/7163540-milites-christi)  and I will say I think they are pure of heart in regards to their mission statement.
