Ok, I've seen a lot of weird things in my life, but this... this just about takes the cake.
One of the weirdest things... (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9BZJhpiCsKg)

OK, Dulcamara, you got me this time! I won't soon forget what I saw here!
The only possible explanation I can see is that it was all faked, as some of the comments suggest below, but even that notion is hard to swallow.
I do wonder why they two Highway Patrol officers were being filmed to begin with, though.
At any rate, my hair is still standing on end.
Signs and wonders...

It can happen that a person can survive being hit by a car or truck like that. I've watched "Amazing Videos" on TV and they sometimes show people being hit by cars who walk away with just a broken leg or a few bruises. Once I saw a guy on a motorcycle hit a bus head on going really fast yet he walked away. Another time I saw footage of a car running over a person and dragging them yet they had minor injuries. It depends where you are being dragged under the car or truck. So this video really wasn't that shocking or inexplicable to me. These twin sisters seem to be more of a mental case then anything.

They said there were no drugs or alcohol found in their tests.

THREE TIMES IN A ROW?! They went out and were hit THREE TIMES IN A ROW... and even when they should have been seriously injured/dead for sure, they were well enough to keep fighting. That's just bizarre. Once, maybe. Three times, literally one immediately after the other? Uh... that's a bit much...
