Neither does Sub-Saharan Africa.
I suggest you take a long holiday to Russia and see if you don't change your mind.
Russia has a very high divorce rate, rampant alcoholism, and a bunch of other deep societal problems. Life expectancy for men is in the mid 50s. There is nothing resembling justice, due-process, a jury of your peers, in the courts. Property rights are shaky. I lived there for two years and visit the place once or twice a year.
Once you fall foul of a powerful Russian enemy, might be an ex-boss, a client, a neighbour, who has police connections, or better contacts to bribe local politicians or judges you can basically kiss goodbye to any chance of getting a just outcome. It's down to connections and money. The justice part is pure theatre.
If you start a business like an restaurant or an electrical supply company and it does well, then one day out of the blue you will get a visit from the tax police telling you that you owe $1m in taxes. It does not matter whether you do or not since there is no viable way to appeal their decision and the tax law is so complex that you won't be able to prove you complied with it.
If you raise a public objection you will be badly beaten. If you object again they will probably kill you or find some other way to destroy you like planting illegal drugs in your car. Russians simply submit or find an bigger protector to protect them. Think Italian Mafia but the whole state operating like that.
It works, but it is pretty random and there is a lot of collateral damage compared to the legal system.
The tax police don't want the million dollars, they simply want to own your restaurant. They may pay you some small amount of money, to make it look official, but more likely they will simply make you sign the papers to say they paid you.
There will be no "justice for John" campaign to get you out of jail if you fight them and are framed. The locals will think you are a stupid innostranitz (foreigner) for moving to Russia and getting yourself in a mess, when you could have remained in a nice rich safe country like Canada. They will wonder how you could have been so stupid.
Remember, nearly all the people who care about justice and truth where killed under Stalin or terrified under 70 years of communism. The people left alive were overwhelmingly snivelling cowards who are fearful of authority and will support any strongman who can keep the place functioning and sausages affordable. The current generation are the offspring of those cowards that survived it will take several generations for them to be politically brave again.
Putin could turn into Joseph Stalin tomorrow and 99.5% would go along to get along because that is what the parents and grandparents who bought them up did.
All the Russians I know who made it to Canada prefer Canada. For all its problems Canada is a better country.
Suffice it to say if you cannot make a success of Canada, Russia will very probably eat you alive. You have to be a real maverick and prepared to take short-cuts to make it over there. You have to grease palms, be corrupt, bribe officials.
But the women are very beautiful and many are desperate to find a man to look after them. That I will grant you.
However, you will have great difficulty finding a Russian women that wants more than two children. 3 children is a LARGE family. 4 is "crazy" and 5 or 6 that I have is considered completely insane despite the fact that I am wealthy and live in the UK, Russians still think my wife is completely mad to risk her health with so many children.
Socially 99% of people, even religious people, will have and know people with 1 or 2 children. That is true of the Catholics in the few Catholic Churches too. The only large families you will find is old believers and Orthodox believers living in the deep countryside. There are no Catholics there though. The Catholics are in large cities and that means they all living in 600-800 sqft apartments. The Soviets did not build anything larger than that because nobody who lived in cities had more than 2 children.
