    If it is helpful to the soul's salvation and gives greater glory to God then he would learn the angel's name.

    • It occurred to me that some guardian angels must go through 'hell' when their allotted human being sins. I have always thought about this.

    Another common thought among those of us who still know and believe in our guardian angel is to thank him when one comes close to disaster of any kind. 'Your guardian angel must be looking after you.' was a common saying when I was a boy.
