  • I dunno. I believe in the Fatima message, and I believe that a miracle happened when the sun danced in the sky. And I believe that the Blessed Virgin tries to repeatedly warn us and keep us safe.

All that being said, it looks like a guy just trying out the zoom feature on his new video camera.  If it is more than that, then Lord please forgive me.

I thought that too, but then I noticed the big ring around the sun doesn't change shape.

  • If you watch the related videos, you will see that crowds of people noticed the unusual sun and began applauding.

It's wise to be skeptical, but I think this happened.  Possibly as a signal grace for those who pray their Rosary daily as Our Lady asked.

  • I've seen the same kind of ring around the moon at night.  I've also seen the clouds split around the moon as they moved in the night sky.  I've also seen stars that move about in the sky.

  •

Cam, has it been happening at all lately?  I saw an incredible sight watching the Fukushima live web cam that day.  I couldn't believe my eyes; but I saw it.  The ruined reactor tower got a pink halo, and then it all turned gold, and the whole sky lit up like a silent explosion.  I literally almost fainted, my legs were shaking for hours afterwards.

LOL, of course nobody believed me, but I don't care.

Thanks for more good stuff, RomanCatholic!

  • Other than echoing that very significant day of sacred history wherein the sun stood still at the prayer of Josue (ch. x., 12-14), for which the prophet Habacuc praised the Lord in his Canticle (ch. iii., 11), I believe Our Lady of the Rosary at Fatima made the sun to make its cosmic dance and terrify the people with its menacing flames because perhaps the sun was to be the instrument of chastisement for our woeful days if we would not pay heed to her message, which is basically an epitome of the holy Gospel and the doctrines of the Saints regarding the role of Our Lady as Mediatress of all graces and supreme Arbitress of the those things that are Her Divine Son's by right and conquest.

Just the other day this happened:

    http://news.yahoo.com/s/space/20110607/sc_space/sununleashesspectacularpowerfuleruption

Some speculate that this may cause some negative consequences upon the earth.

Interesting tangents: The sun is mentioned by Our Lord in His eschatological discourse (St. Matt. ch. xxiv. 29; St. Mark ch. xiii., 24) and it refused to give forth its light on the day of His crucifixion (St. Luke ch. xxiii., 45). In the grand vision recorded in his Apocalypse, St. John mentions a third part of the sun being smitten and darkened (ch. ix., 12) and it was darkened by the smoke of the bottomless pit (ch. viii., 2).
Please ignore all that I have written regarding sedevacantism.

    Pretty interesting, this one.
Readers: Please IGNORE all my postings here. I was a recent convert and fell into errors, even heresy for which hopefully my ignorance excuses. These include rejecting the "rhythm method," rejecting the idea of "implicit faith," and being brieflfy quasi-Jansenist. I also posted occasions of sins and links to occasions of sin, not understanding the concept much at the time, so do not follow my links.

  • Hobble, it seems to me that it's also important to think about the creation of atomic energy, hailed as being God before the UN in 1946.  It's like the creation of the anti-sun.  If you catch my drift-it is really late and I'm really sleepy...

We have three meltdowns as we speak, a deliberate suppression of news about this catastrophe which affects the Northern Hemisphere.

We know that 8 Roman Catholic priests survived ground zero at Hiroshima, they were studied for years and have only recently died with no ill effects.  They stated they had only been trying to live the message of Fatima.

Our Lady of Akita warns of fire falling from the sky.  Japan is The Land of the Rising Sun, or translated into 'the source of the sun'

The situation is so serious that I am simply dumbfounded that it isn't a major topic here.

    Yes, I caught the drift.

    Yes, I agree.

People to forget what a menace atomic energy really is since the media has brainwashed people to ignore this reality.

Yes, I thought about that when I watched what happened after the earthquake [and what's happening now]. Amaterasu-ōmikami, the "sun-goddess," was one of the principle figures worshiped by the idolatrous peoples of ancient Japan. We pray that Japan shall convert to the Church established by the "Sun of justice" (Mal. ch. iv., 2), the divine "Orient from on high" Who "hath visited and wrought the redemption of his people" (St. Luke ch. i., 78, 68).

IMO, it was clear from VERY early on that EVERYONE living on the northern third/half of Honshu should relocate immediately.

I do not know if you have seen this, Izzy:

    http://mrfriendsblog.blogspot.com/2011/06/israel-behind-fukushima.html

The basic hypothesis is that the actual earthquake was NOT a 9.0 or even close and the tsunami was caused by other, man-made means.  It is odd that there was little to no damage in places like Sendai BEFORE the tsunami.  A 9.0 would have more or less wrecked that entire town, tsunami or no tsunami, yet the pre-tsunami damage is not nearly as bad as what happened in Kobe in the 90s (where the quake was less than 7.0, I believe).  :scratchchin:

    Je ne sais pas
"Fear God, and keep His commandments: for this is all man."
